Your Bose password is case sensitive and must follow these guidelines: Use a minimum of six characters, include at least one number (0 – 9), and do not use your email address as your password. We recommend your password contain a random combination of letters, numbers and cases to provide added protection for your personal information (e.g., Adg561z).

All information collected when a profile is created, such as user name, password, name, address, telephone number(s), email address and website usage, can be stored by Bose so that you won't have to re-enter it each time you make a purchase.
